The service. Express News Bulletin provides original news reporting across World, Politics, Business, Technology, Sports, Entertainment, Health and Science, plus video embeds credited to their official channels. Content is provided for general information. News develops: stories are updated, corrected under our Corrections policy, and may be superseded by later reporting. Publication dates and bylines are stated on each article; a desk byline identifies the responsible newsroom desk, not a fictional individual.
Acceptable use. You may read, link to and share our headlines and URLs, and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link for commentary, review or reporting, consistent with applicable law. You may not scrape the site to republish our reporting as your own, copy articles wholesale, remove bylines, dates or licence credits, misrepresent our reporting, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, or use the contact form to send unlawful, harassing or commercial bulk material. Automated access that degrades the service for readers may be blocked.
Intellectual property. Article text, page text, branding and original graphics are owned by 24World Media or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Photographs credited to their creators and licensed, including under Creative Commons or public-domain terms stated in the image record, remain subject to those licences; the credit travels with the image. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of publisher or third-party material to you.
User messages. When you send a tip, correction request or enquiry, you grant us permission to use the factual information in it to assess and, where appropriate, report the story, and to contact you about it. Do not send material you do not have the right to share. Confidential sources: if you ask for confidentiality, say so in the message; we will treat the request seriously, though no web form can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive disclosures should be discussed with the desk before documents are sent.
Advertising and third parties. Advertising is labelled and is the responsibility of the advertiser. Links to third-party sites, including official video channels and network outlets, are provided for reference; we do not control their content or privacy practices. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement of a product or claim.

Headings and interpretation. Headings are for convenience and do not limit the text beneath them. References to desks, sections and policies include their successors where an outlet reorganises without changing the responsible publisher.
